Description
Our client who is a very well-known international airline company is looking for a customer centric individual who can work in a fast-paced environment to join their Customer Service Team.
The primary role of the Customer Service Consultant is the management, reporting and resolution of all non-routing customers, as well as cancellations reporting.
The secondary role is to assist with reporting and systems training requirements.Minimum Experience Required:
- Matric or Equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 6 months call centre/customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Job Duties:
- This includes answering customer inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints
- Providing technical support
- Must also be able to handle difficult customer situations in a professional and courteous manner.
Salary:
From R5,000.00 per month
