Description

Our client who is a very well-known international airline company is looking for a customer centric individual who can work in a fast-paced environment to join their Customer Service Team.

The primary role of the Customer Service Consultant is the management, reporting and resolution of all non-routing customers, as well as cancellations reporting.

The secondary role is to assist with reporting and systems training requirements.


Minimum Experience Required:


  • Matric or Equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 6 months call centre/customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Job Duties:


  • This includes answering customer inquiries.
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Providing technical support
  • Must also be able to handle difficult customer situations in a professional and courteous manner.
