We are looking for a vibrant young and energetic Bulk Recruitment Consultant who is not only hardworking but is goal-driven and focused.

Duties & Responsibilities
This role is to successfully fill bulk groups weekly / as requested by the manager

Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, aptitude and other experiences

The recruiter will make sure all Credit and Criminal Checks have been conducted

Conduct call listening on the Campaign floors each week especially when a new campaign is being recruited

Here's what you'll need:

Desired Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications ( Advantageous)

One year Bulk Recruitment experience (BPO)

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

Matric

Clear Credit and criminal record

Must be able to Travel to Umhlanga and must have reliable transport

Work flexible shift e.g. 6am/3pm, 7am/4pm, 8am/5pm, 9am/6pm

Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Screening, One on one interviews, phone screening, reference check etc)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills
