- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support client business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand HR requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Support clients in the execution of core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee development.
- Manage client HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ensure compliance across client organizations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR practices and policies.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role; previous experience in HR consulting is advantageous but not required.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
