Description

This is a full-time position in the Learning and Development Department. There will be a 3-month probation period.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

BA(Ed), BSc or BCom.
Minimum 3 years' experience in teaching/tutoring.
Facilitator/Assessor qualifications (advantageous).
Skills in SQL/ Power BI/ Python (advantageous).

Ability to train junior to senior and management level staff.
Strong command of English in communication.
No criminal record or bad credit history (required for working with potentially sensitive data in the Financial Services domain).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tutoring individual and small group weekly classes for adult learners on Zoom.
Facilitation of customised Excel/ Access/ SQL/ Power BI syllabi which covers Fundamental to Expert levels.
Ongoing content development on the customised syllabi.
Administrative duties including maintenance of registers, database records, reporting.
Participation in weekly focus groups.
Participation in weekly departmental mentoring with Senior Manager.

Salary:
R26 000,00 - R32 000,00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
