    • Manage team of block men, oversee meat processing and packaging.
    • Plan meat orders and processing schedules.
    • Monitor stock levels and reduce waste.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of meat industry experience.
    • Block man certification.
    • 5+ years as a production manager in a similar role.
    • Proficient in recipe and block tests software.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Valid driver's license.
