    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals in creating treatment plans, setting goals, implementing interventions, and providing support to patients in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical experience, therapeutic techniques, and education psychology, along with proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

    • Work Hours: Full-time, Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
    • Salary: $1,100 per Month

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
    • Utilize clinical experience and therapeutic background to assess patient needs and establish realistic goals and objectives.
    • Implement evidence-based interventions to support patients in achieving their treatment goals.
    • Provide virtual support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
    • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance patient engagement and provide personalized care.
    • Assist in writing clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and discharge plans.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to monitor progress, address concerns, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare technology and incorporate innovative solutions into patient care.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field;
    • Clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on treatment planning and patient care.
    • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions.
    • Experience in writing clinical documentation and maintaining accurate records.
    • Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance patient communication and engagement.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
