-I host a training website (Kubicle) for new joiners in the firm (who would later attend the training events that I would coordinate). I would track the progress and report on the feedback.

- I also organize board meetings and retreats including catering, preparation of agendas, PowerPoint presentations and print materials.

-Prepare monthly site-visit packages with site-specific survey results including PowerPoint presentations that track performance improvement, accountability benchmarks and summary reports.
