- Specifically, supports better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Identifying any skills gaps in the organisation and recommending a recruitment programme to support this.
- Acting as a liaison to senior management and directors to keep them up to date with shop floor matters.
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs.
- Proven work experience as operations manager

Main purpose and object of the role:
As the Operations Manager, you will make sure the organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. By managing day-to-day activities, analysing statistics and reading and writing reports, operations managers play a vital role in this company. The Operations managers also have to do a lot of liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.

Working hours:
As the operations manager, you are required to ensure the operations are running effectively and support customers' requirements that can entail a 7-day operation. Working hours are between 7:30 and 16:30, however, you might be asked to work outside of these hours based on clients requests.
