- Create a requirements framework across the agile programme
- Lead the Feature Analyst practice within the organisation providing direction and oversight for the practice
- Define and establish best practices, methodologies and standards
- Mentoring and Coaching senior analysts, chapter leads and other feature analysts within the discipline
- Standardisation of the feature analysts roles
- Create and develop the Feature Analyst learning journey
- Facilitate regular practice engagement sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the practice
- Drive the agile methodology and culture to support the agile practice within the organisation
- Ensure measurement of performance are in place for the feature analysts
- Develop and maintain the feature analysts job description and grading
- Responsible for establishing the sourcing and recruitment requirements for feature analysts
- Develop and maintain assessment frameworks and criteria for sourcing and recruitment
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to determine demand and pipeline required for feature analysts
- Manage relationships and/or contracts for sourcing feature analysts where demand requires to have contracted resources
- Investigation and problem analysis
- Feasibility assessment and business case development
- Business process improvement
- Requirements elicitation and definition
- Decomposition of epics to stories and tasks
- Effective user story development including feature definition, technical requirements, non-functional requirements and quality acceptance criteria
- Update of product documentation during feature release as well as post release to ensure relevant blue print documentation are maintained.
