    We're looking for....

    A passionate DevOps engineers to join us to provide continuous development and support products for a global Video on Demand company. Focusing on operational excellence, monitoring applications and empowering our business to understand at all touchpoints of the user experience.

    What's the role?

    • Develop tools for deployment and monitoring of highly available, mission critical services
    • Working within the experience monitoring program, define and deploy new mechanisms for
    • measuring our performance and enhance existing ones
    • Identify service health optimization through new monitoring opportunities as our platform evolves
    • Troubleshoot and resolve critical build and development issues
    • Automate provisioning of services where possible
    • Ensure that performance monitoring is tuned to the scale of the platform
    • Impart knowledge to new team members
    • Document processes for reference by others
    • Comfortable on-boarding partner teams into our monitoring ecosystem
    • Experience with AWS technologies

    Boxes to tick...

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer
    • Highly proficient with AWS
    • Coding capabilities – bash, python, Javascript
    • Experience with CI/CD tooling
    • Experience with Restful GraphQL API frameworks
    • Proficient with Serverless application framework
    • Cloudformation, CDK, Terraform experience
    • Datadog, Splunk, New Relic (DD preferred)
    • Comfortable interpreting technical information and communicating learnings to stakeholders
    • JIRA/Confluence
    • AWS Certifications
    • Bachelors degree in relevant field (CompSci)
    • Agile/SCRUM certification
