    Description
    Functieomschrijving

    You will be responsible to oversee the equipment preparation for the projects underway to ensure that all matters are adequately dealt with.

    This will include the oversight of: validation of the integrity of equipment, preparatory configurations, final configuration and shipping to the required locations. You will also be responsible to ensure that the information is made available for the ITSM enablement as well as the licensing of the devices and the management thereof for all SD-WAN (Software-Defined Networking) deployments.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    · Co-ordination of the preparation of the equipment required for SDWAN network deployments including ensuring configs and shipping is appropriately handled

    · Ensure information is made available for ITSM enablement

    · Ensure licensing of the devices is appropriately managed

    · Provide project administrative assistance to the SDWAN deployment team

    · Work with the Project Managers to ensure that the project delivers the as-sold solution, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction

    · Liaise with internal / external clients and ensure client satisfaction

    Requirements

    Academic Qualifications, Experience and Certifications:

    · Relevant project management certifications or equivalent related work experience

    · Moderate level project administration experience preferably within a technology services environment

    · Proven client engagement experience preferable

    · Uses skills and knowledge to complete a wide range of tasks

    · Work is moderately difficult

    · Need to use judgement to solve issues or make recommendations

    · Must be prepared to work flexible hours dependent on key project deliverables
