Description

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our production team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. If you have experience operating machinery, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you

Tasks

Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and specifications
Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and detect any abnormalities or malfunctions
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform routine maintenance as needed
Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications and quality standards
Load and unload materials into the machines and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Complete production logs, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise, escalating complex problems to maintenance staff as needed

Requirements

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred
Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting production machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
