I am result oriented individual with more than five years machine operator experience. 

I worked on a schnuz cut to length leveler and redbutt blanking machine. I know much about different kinds of steels and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities: Main Functions include (but not limited to)

:Ensuring raw material is fed into the machine at all times.
•Setting out and operation of machine smoothly and efficiently.
Carrying out all instructions directed by the Line Leader/Supervisor.
•
Evaluation onsite conditions, conduction of tactical decisions and determination of 
appropriate responses.
•
Responsible for adhering to operational requirements, principles and procedures, 
maintenance and training in the use of appropriate personal protection equipment.
•
Responsible for the overall quality and efficiency of the machine.
•
Ensuring that maintenance checks are scheduled and completed at the required 
standards.
•
Perform quality checks on sheets/plates for diagonals, width, and length and 
gauge using micro meter and tape and write the findings on a job cut for quality 
records. 
•
Conduction of a pre-shift report prior to operating machine.
•
Team leader, carrying out instructions to my assistance. 
•
Detecting minor faults and maintaining machinery for effective functionality.
•
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all events and hazards.
•
Recording daily charts based on, attendance, team performance, sheets quality, 
daily targets, team solutions / improvements, maintenance checks register, and 
safety. 
•
Conduction of previous team checks and general housekeeping.
