Description

Our client is seeking the services of an Administration clerk who has had debtors experience and preferably has comes from an engineer & manufacturing environment.

Must have experience in Spare Part Sales and be currently residing in Atlantis, West Coast.

  • Must have Matric with around 3 to 5 years administration experience
  • Must be computer literate with MS Office Suite
You will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Experienced in services and spare part sales and invoicing
  • Data capturing and filing with regards to service relatedpaperwork
  • Understanding of Purchase orders and GR's for services/sparesparts
  • Must have experience in Servicing Debtors keeping reconupdated and following up on payments
  • Sound knowledge of Logistics import and export
  • Petty Cash handling and processing on Hansa
  • Arranging travelling for staff local and abroad
  • Stationery ordering
  • Keeping vehicle registrations up to date
  • Filing of COD paperwork

Salary:
R15,000.00 per month
