SENIOR PROPERTY | PORTFOLIO MANAGER (COMMERCIAL | INDUSTRIAL) - CBD, Cape Town
R60 000 to R65 000 per month negotiable. Directorship and share options will also be considered
With your natural entrepreneurial flair and appetite expand the arm of this property management business, set yourself up to potentially be the next Director of this National Property Services firm.
One would describe you as a strong communicator and team player who has solid understanding of property management processes and the confident ability to prospect new clients.
You will be responsible for all reporting, financial, facilities, rental, operational and tenant related issues which the portfolio of 55 Buildings, 100 Tenants and +/- 15 Landlords offer.
You will also be guiding a small team and travelling to buildings regularly; both for day to day management and to provide advice and create proposals for possible new clients.
Qualification, Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum of 10 years commercial property management experience
- Be financially astute, ideally a finance qualification
- Working knowledge of MDA and property management software
- Strong and proven knowledge of lease agreements and all terminology around commercial / industrial / retail sector
- Improve the performance of the properties through problem solving and offering client solutions with your knowledge and expertise of the latest property trends
- Ability to assess maintenance requirements as well as implement solutions
