Key Output
Maintain and update all Employee Relations policies and procedures, in line with best practice, legal requirements and in support of Barloworld Equipment strategic objectives

Consult and advise HRBPs and line managers with regard to employment legislation, policies, and procedures
Implement and maintain a comprehensive Employee Relations administration system.
Ensure accuracy and up to date Employee Relations related information
Reports on Employee Relations Activity throughout in the region, provide advice to line managers in respect of all employment law matters
Represent the company at external forums including the CCMA, Attend to all Employee Related queries in the region
Manage and deliver Employee Relations related training
Monitor developments within the labour relations field and advise on best labour relations practices
Provide employment law advice on operational transformation projects and draft necessary legal documentation to ensure legal compliance in process
Build relationship and key negotiations with trade unions and other representative forums as appropriate with a view to securing business performance, employee engagement and legal compliance

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Law (BA Law/ BCom Law / BProc / B Iuris etc)
Post Graduate Degree (LLB) would be an added advantage

Minimum Required Experience:

Experience specializing in dispute resolution, legal compliance and stakeholder engagement will be a preference
Experience in Employee Relations would be an added advantage
