Key Output

To minimize the financial and operational and safety and people risks in running a number of projects and a EMP contract through effective tactical management of people and customers and requirements and resource.
Effective management of key account plans.
Effective business development, customer relationship management and problem resolution.
Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risk.
Achievement of unit's annual financial targets.
Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.
Effective management of operational risks.
Establish and maintain strong, long term customer relationships, to increase parts and service revenue.
Effective selfmanagement and performance ownership, WIP/Debtor management.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Technical qualification.
Matric, B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) diploma / degree will be advantageous.
Business development skills and knowledge.
Sound knowledge of the mine health and safety act.
Sound business and financial acumen.
Sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
Computer literate (Ms Office) CRM, SAP will be an advantage.
Understanding of the internal functions of the business.
Mechanical reasoning, knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry.
Customer responsiveness, influence and negotiating skills.
Result orientated, available to travel as and when required.
