    Job Description

    This is an amazing opportunity for a senior BI/MI Analyst to optimise & advise on system processes and design business solutions, driving long-term decision-making processes for South Africa's leading financial services company.

    This BI Analyst role is Johannesburg-based (hybrid) and is paying up to R850K per annum.

    This is a specialist role requiring an entrepreneurially minded individual interested in bringing brand-new banking & loan products to market, giving the individual the opportunity to advise on key product & proposition offerings for the company.

    THE ROLE
    As BI Analyst, you will take complete ownership of the data warehousing and report building function. You will analyse, advise, and document business needs to visualize data & design business solutions that support the company's continued growth as a provider of the most tailored financial solutions for South African customers.

    You will consult with senior stakeholders and data development teams to analyse and report on business performance & risk exposure, providing key input into business intelligence processes.
    You will advise on key data modelling and warehousing processes to ensure continuous quality and integrity of data reporting analysis for the company.

    REQUIRED SKILLS
    5+ Years experience as a BI Analyst/MI Analyst
    Extensive Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS experience
    Banking/financial services industry experience
    Executive stakeholder engagement
    Advanced SQL user
