    Description

    Minimum qualification required for this position:

    • Grade 12
    • FAIS Compliant. If not, candidate will have to attend a Learnership to obtain necessary credits

    Minimum experience required for this position:

    • 1-3 years

    Salary Range

    • R negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

    Primary purpose of the position:

    • Ensure that the expectations of existing insurance clients are identified and met in the event of a claim, and to process claims swiftly and efficiently.
    • To keep the Brand Promise of meeting and exceeding client expectations

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Motor Claims Administration: Managing the full Motor Claims Process including registration, pre-support, loading quotes on Abuntex, corresponding with insurers, assessors, repairers and service providers, following up on progress and quality of repairs, reviewing and discussing proposed settlements with clients, confirming repair authorizations, and keeping the client well informed throughout the entire process
