 I have a strong background in inbound and outbound sales, claims administration customer service and quality assessor.

I have a solid foundation in customer service gained through my previous roles. I have a passion for providing excellent customer service and I have had a great success communicating with customers both locally and internationally to resolve conflicts and provide solutions. Additionally, I have also had experience in insurance claims and am familiar with the process. My ability to assess and analyze customer information while delivering timely and accurate responses makes me a great asset to the team.
