    Senior Digital Account Manager Liquid Thought

    We are looking to hire an experienced and self-driven Senior Digital Account Manager to join our marketing team

    As a Senior Digital Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

    The right person for this position is a problem solver who understands how to deliver exceptional work while balancing both client and internal needs. They're curious, they have a passion for all things digital, and they're not afraid to take on new challenges.

    The Senior Digital Account Manager role at Liquid Thought is a hands-on position that demands both excellent communication and project management skills. In this role, you will work as the facilitator between our internal teams and several key clients. Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and attention to detail are critical to success. You'll work both on marketing campaigns and website builds, so familiarity with search, social, marketing automation, and the website creation lifecycle are all valuable and necessary skills. You'll work alongside our fantastic team of experts in all of these disciplines, to make sure we deliver an awesome product to our clients.

    You need to have a deep understanding of the target audience and a commitment to delivering value through compelling content, effective targeting, and personalized experiences. Your approach is focused on driving results and exceeding business goals by leveraging a wide range of digital marketing channels, including PPC advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage communications between Liquid Thought and clients
    • Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team, creating an environment of transparency for all involved
    • Contribute to the development of detailed project briefs with the support of core team members
    • Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans and project delivery throughout the life of your projects
    • Provide strategic input to both our internal teams and the client
    • Build long-term relationships with clients
    • Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
    • Present and train on social media strategies to clients
    • Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
    • Recommend, design, and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
    • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
    • Prepare and present reports on their progress
    • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

    Qualifications:

    • Understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, SEM, and marketing automation
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to understand and accurately communicate granular details and high-level goals
    • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must bring positive energy to the agency day in and day out
    • Absolutely must have a genuine passion for achieving client goals and exceeding client expectations

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Digital Account or Digital Project Manager
    • Min 3 years of experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
    • Min 4 years of experience with Google Adwords campaigns
    • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
    • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
    • 7 years of experience in customer service
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
    • Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field
