- Manage communications between Liquid Thought and clients
- Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team, creating an environment of transparency for all involved
- Contribute to the development of detailed project briefs with the support of core team members
- Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans and project delivery throughout the life of your projects
- Provide strategic input to both our internal teams and the client
- Build long-term relationships with clients

- Present and train on social media strategies to clients

- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Digital Account or Digital Project Manager
- Min 3 years of experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Min 4 years of experience with Google Adwords campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
- 7 years of experience in customer service
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

The Senior Digital Account Manager role at Liquid Thought is a hands-on position that demands both excellent communication and project management skills. In this role, you will work as the facilitator between our internal teams and several key clients. Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and attention to detail are critical to success. You'll work both on marketing campaigns and website builds, so familiarity with search, social, marketing automation, and the website creation lifecycle are all valuable and necessary skills.
