Core Description
Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of the overall business process, business rules, standard operating procedure delivery methods, standards, and templates.
Administrates access to the BCX process repository, managing data quality and adherence of the process artefacts in the process repository to established quality standards Key Deliverables / Primary Functions- Lead and collaborate with the process management professionals, within Business Excellence and across the organisation to develop the business process management body of knowledge. This focus is to develop the BCX process management method, tools and templates
- Design, build and maintain tools and templates to be used across the process management lifecycle
- Setup and maintain process hierarchies within the process management repository
- Design and maintain the process monitoring and tracking framework to enable effective process performance management
- Manage user access to the process management knowledge repository, onboarding new users and rolling off terminating users
- Monitor and enforce data quality on the process repository and other tools used by process management practitioners across BCX
- Prepare, plan and facilitate process management methods, templates and tools training, and gather feedback on effectiveness of training for further enhancement
- Enable accurate and efficient tracking of Strategic Projects through enabled enterprise project management system and dashboards
- Lead the investigation and research of best in class or globally benchmarked process management techniques, methods, and tools
- Enable accurate and efficient maintenance of the process repository, as a knowledge repository for BCX enterprise business processes and related artefacts
- Accountable to continuously improve quality, service and work outputs, recommending improvements
