Core Description
To work closely with the sales team to support the sale of CFC services to clients with product pricing and schedules of work, as well as guiding the sales team through all the capabilities and complexity of our service solutions Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Lead product pricing, positioning, and messaging processes in CFC Represent the CFC to the Sales Organisation, and with the Sales Organisation to the client, as required to build awareness and understanding and to solicit feedback on CFC services Prepare sales proposals and brief sales representatives and clients from time to time, as required Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's in line with client and Sales Office requirements Maintain current and accurate service costing models to ensure accurate pricing of CFC service offerings Core Functional Skills & Knowledge Communication Microsoft Office Process Orientation Impactful Communication Core Behavioural Competencies Job Match Culture Match Creating & Innovating Delivering Results & Meeting customer expectations Planning & Organising Presenting and Communicating information Minimum Qualifications NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science OR NQF 4: Grade 12 Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage Experience

Grade 12 & 5 years' experience Certifications ITIL v3 Foundation Phase Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
