We are looking for a skilled, experienced Project Manager Team Lead to join our team and lead our Project Management Office (PMO).


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Standardize and/or improve the project management approach across the business, ensuring consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Identify and streamline responsibilities between the consulting team and project managers to optimize resource allocation and improve project outcomes.
  • Transfer proper PM skills and knowledge to the project managers through mentorship and training programs.
  • Improve management of project milestones and ensure they are effectively tracked and communicated.
  • Define and track project measurements to assess project progress and performance.
  • Create a commercially viable department by optimizing resource utilization and maximizing project profitability.
  • Drive value creation for customers by ensuring that the PMO adds tangible value throughout the project lifecycle.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. (required)
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). (preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management preferably in ERP software implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading project teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
