As an Associate Intacct Consultant, you will be entrusted with implementing ERP systems and provide supports to clients that have gone live.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse clients' business requirements.
  • Involved in the implementation and troubleshooting of various issues in relation to implementation.
  • Investigate client's problems & research solutions/implement solutions.
  • Attend client sessions to assist/train clients on the system.
  • Assisting with the smooth integration of business processes after golive.
  • Work as part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices, knowledge, resources, and ideas.
  • Provide support to clients upon completion of the project.
EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • BCom Accounting/Accounting Sciences Degree.
  • Completed CTA (Advantageous).
  • ERP Consulting Experience (Advantageous)
  • Relevant work experience which includes computer and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of MS Word & Excel.
  • Experience supporting end users with general ERP systems.

  • Travel to the client only when the need arises.

  • Own transport.
