Purpose:


To create testing procedures for complete programs within a suite of programs and provide input into test plans, writing test cases and conducting testing.


  • Possess extensive experience in software testing, particularly within the NET ecosystem.
  • Have a proven track record of implementing testing methodologies within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of testing principles, including test planning, execution, and automation.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problemsolving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively contribute to the improvement of testing practices.

Qualifications:


  • Qualification: A relevant bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant, handson experience in software testing.
  • Strong technical proficiency and indepth knowledge of testing tools and frameworks within the NET ecosystem
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, NUNIT, or similar
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Previous involvement in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using test management tools and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
