Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Must have a tertiary education in Agriculture or related
  • 2 Years relevant experience will be required
  • Must have a sound understanding of agricultural systems
  • Good communication and writing skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, are important
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Promoting the suppliers crop protection solutions as part of the distributors strategy.
  • Providing technical support to the commercial team.
  • Interacting with company suppliers and their representatives on product and technical issues as well as potential opportunities for future mutual gain.
  • Assisting with identifying new commercial opportunities that will be of benefit to the company.
  • Assisting with training material, brochures, and media platforms and ensuring that the sales and field marketing organisation actively promotes the range.
  • Investigating and resolving complaints.
