Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Must have a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role will be required
  • Effective planning acumen and strong communication skills (written and verbal) are important
  • Must be computer literate with a basic financial knowledge
  • Promoting the image and brand of the company by greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
  • Managing the company's switchboard.
  • Arranging company events, including catering and running errands.
  • Maintaining professional composure during interactions with Company stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Providing administrative support to the entire organization.
  • Supporting the finance department with financial administration, including loading bank payments, basic reconciliations etc.
  • Making meeting and travel arrangements.
  • Ensuring that the building and gardens are properly cleaned and maintained.
**Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
