Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role will be required
- Effective planning acumen and strong communication skills (written and verbal) are important
- Must be computer literate with a basic financial knowledge
- Promoting the image and brand of the company by greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
- Managing the company's switchboard.
- Arranging company events, including catering and running errands.
- Maintaining professional composure during interactions with Company stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Providing administrative support to the entire organization.
- Supporting the finance department with financial administration, including loading bank payments, basic reconciliations etc.
- Making meeting and travel arrangements.
- Ensuring that the building and gardens are properly cleaned and maintained.
