Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Must have a Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as a Warehouse Manager is essential
  • Must have experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices, including inventory audits and stock / cycle counts
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives and warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be required
  • Must have strong leadership, communications, decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Must be competent with Microsoft Office programs with experience in warehouse management software and databases
  • Must have a valid driver's license a Code 10 with PDP drivers license would be advantageous
  • Preparing Developing, maintaining, and documenting policies, processes, and procedures for safe and legally compliant warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and costeffective storage and movement of materials and products.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance, capacity, and volume of warehousing activities for short
- and long-term strategic planning.

  • Ensuring receipt of all deliveries according to company procedures and overseeing their placement into the warehouse while monitoring space layout plan utilization.
  • In charge of inventory accuracy and assets through stock take/inventory controls and conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions in case of variations.
  • Working closely with other functions and production facilities to ensure adequate and appropriate inventory and storage to meet customer demands.
  • Resolving complex issues arising from variances with relevant parties.
  • Supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory control, and space management.
  • Managing onsite and external warehousing, including thirdparty warehousing.
  • Providing leadership to the team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Maximizing delivery efficiency and pickup/delivery performance between warehouses and customer/vendor locations.
  • Reviewing and monitoring reports to ensure warehousing and logistics operations meet expectations and implementing corrective action as needed.
  • Continuously reviewing methods, techniques, procedures, service providers, and costs to initiate changes for effective warehousing and supply chain channels.
  • Ensuring compliance with insurance, legal licensing requirements, and national, state, and local regulations for warehouses, fleet, and processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and food safety requirements during storage, transit, pickup, and delivery.
  • Addressing any and all unsafe work conditions promptly and ensuring safe practices are followed at all times.
