    Description

    Job Description:

    • Sourcing candidate profiles, lead generation, and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Understanding job requisitions through calibrations and/or providing job descriptions and executing sourcing plans to identify potential candidates.
    • Screening potential candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other reliable channels.
    • Writing and posting jobs on various channels.
    • Conducting preliminary interviews to assess capabilities, communication skills, location preferences, and salary expectations.
    • Building strong credibility with candidates to develop a responsive network.
    • Negotiating wage rates and terms of employment while securing commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
    • Coordinating updates on application status and new job orders.
    • Meeting or exceeding weekly pipeline expectations.
    • Utilizing internal trackers/systems for proper documentation and data management.
    • Providing daily and weekly status reports and invoicing details to management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience across various job verticals in the UK Market (preferred).
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Strong business acumen, results-oriented, and team-oriented.
    • Experience with ATS tools, job boards, and CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed).
    • Effective phone communication for relationship-building.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Self-directed with strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
    • Customer service and presentation skills.
    • Articulate, detail-oriented, and driven for success.
    • Desire to grow with the company and create meaningful connections.
    • Outgoing with emotional intelligence and rapport-building skills.
    • Persistent and perceptive in conversations.
