Position Overview:


As the Group Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting for the group.

Working closely with the executive team, you will develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability, minimize risk, and drive sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decisionmaking
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
  • Oversee cash flow management, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Collaborate with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and lenders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven experience (5 to 8 years) in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
