Description

Network Design and Implementation:

Design, implement, and maintain robust network solutions using Juniper and Lancom switches.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective network designs.

Switch Configuration and Management:

Configure and manage Juniper and Lancom switches to optimize network performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure.
Stay current with industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Optimize network configurations to enhance overall efficiency and reliability.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network configurations and changes.

Technical Support:

Provide expert-level technical support for network-related issues.
Participate in on-call rotation to address critical network incidents outside of regular business hours
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 8 years as a Network Engineer, with a focus on Juniper and Lancom switches.
- Industry certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, CCNA, LANCOM Certified Specialis, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
