    Description
    Agile Scrum MasterAre you an experienced Agile enthusiast with a passion for facilitating collaboration and driving team success? We are seeking a talented Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in steering our projects toward successful outcomes. Some of the Key Responsibilities you would be responsible for:
    • Facilitate agile ceremonies in line with the Agile Working Model
    • Facilitate the removal of impediments (willing to get into the detail to solve impediments)
    • Involve all stakeholders (Business/Developers/QA) in solution design.
    • Lead explorations if needed to deliver Epics and User Stories from a Saga (e.g. story mapping)
    • Coach team on structuring requirements in an Agile way.
    • Ensuring the sustainability of the project by taking appropriate actions where necessary
    • Supports multiple Feature Teams in complex Products / Sub-products.
    • Provides key insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs in complex Agile Teams to improve efficiencies.
    • Guides the team and organisation on the use and application of Agile methodologies and practices and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team/projects.
    • Aligns within bigger teams to ensure good collaboration and value adding outcomes.
    • Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations.
    • Gives structure to workshops and meetings to lead and facilitate the team's Agile way of working. This includes facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
    • Assists with internal and external communication and improving transparency.
    • Demonstrates the status / performance of the team as key element.
    Experience and Qualifications:
    • Certification as Scrum Master or other agile certifications
    • At least 5 years' experience in the IT / Software DevOps industry is essential
    • At least 5 years' experience as an Agile Master for a big team
    • At least 5 years' experience in applying Agile scaled models (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
    • At least 5 years' experience in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence, X-Ray)
    • At least 5 years' experience in Agile software development (from requirement to deployment/operations)
    • Testing Certifications e.g.: ISTQB (Advantageous)
