I’m a dynamic HR professional with roughly 12 years of industry experience. My career pivoted to an HRBP focus as I came to realise that my strength lies in working within organisations and teams, driving the alignment of their people strategy towards achieving strategic business goals. 

I thrive when working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, where I am enabled to drive alignment across multi-functional and diverse teams, by building trust and consensus. I have led and implemented various People strategies to develop effective and sustainable company cultures, whilst enabling rapid employee growth. My communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, and I can create long-term partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

As the Talent Executive and Business Partner of a SaaS company in the

Telecommunications industry, I bring proven success in managing and driving the

entire People lifecycle and People strategy within a technology company. With over

10 years experience in the HR discipline, I have worked in various industries, with

various teams and I have therefore become very successful in driving teams toward

a common goal and strategic vision.

Team, departmental, and company success and productivity is my passion and I

excel in implementing challenging organisational change initiatives and aligning

staff and the work they do, with the company’s strategic vision. I believe that a

successful People partner enables and guides management to do just that, and

adaptability is crucial to effectively implement the correct People strategy,

irrespective of the industry or team.

None of these progressive HR initiatives are possible without traditional HR

functions. Operationally, I am skilled in successfully managing a team of people in a

full HR department, driving candidate attraction and recruitment to induction, and

retaining placed talent. In addition to that, the function of Talent Management

through performance tracking and management, industrial relations, employee

engagement, internal communication, training, and career development forms a

substantial part of my skills.
