Key Outputs

  • Process quotes and orders for field service
  • Effective monitoring of the team outputs to track progress against objectives'
  • Coordinating of ordering, purchasing functions and monitoring expenses
  • Assist with controlling the cages and spares being used
  • Book back spares if not used and communicate with planning team
  • Assist with cycle counts
  • Assist in loading and offloading components
  • Assist store man in slotting stock in designated areas
  • Stock count, mine sink store availability of stock
  • Housekeeping

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • Grade 1
  • Previous parts experience
  • Code Eight (Forklift, Hiup and rigging license)
  • Knowledge of Earthmoving Equipment and inventory control
  • Computer Literate (Ms Office, Excel etc.)
  • Strong Coordination and Organising skills; Excellent interpersonal; Communication skills.
Strong work ethics; Team player
