The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Strategic Investments (M&A) team in its execution of transactions (mergers and acquisitions) as well as the general functions of the Corporate Finance / M&A team.
Transaction execution support Preparation of investment committee / shareholder / board approval documents
Managing shareholder approvals
Reviewing findings from due diligences and raising queries
Preparation of valuations Review of legal agreements
End to end deal / project management
Training team members Engaging extensively with other teams (strategy, finance, etc.)
Working at NTT
In this position you will be required to:
- Assist in the execution of deals such as mergers and/or acquisitions.
- Create financial model analyses to support valuations using a number of different valuation methodologies.
- Produce and maintain a variety of documents and databases which relate to the strategic investments function. Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.
- Maintain uptodate technical knowledge on financial instruments, market conditions and trends.
- Execute and manage all elements of the transaction process.
- Manage the advisors that have been appointed on the deals (if any).
- Manage input and deliverables from internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, tax, legal etc).
- Contribute towards marking up and reviewing of legal agreements.
- Compile the necessary investment committee and board documents.
