The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Strategic Investments (M&A) team in its execution of transactions (mergers and acquisitions) as well as the general functions of the Corporate Finance / M&A team.

The Principle M&A Specialist will support the execution of buy and sell side transactions by completing the following:

Transaction execution support Preparation of investment committee / shareholder / board approval documents

Managing shareholder approvals

Reviewing findings from due diligences and raising queries

Preparation of valuations Review of legal agreements

End to end deal / project management

Training team members Engaging extensively with other teams (strategy, finance, etc.)


Working at NTT

In this position you will be required to:

  • Assist in the execution of deals such as mergers and/or acquisitions.
  • Create financial model analyses to support valuations using a number of different valuation methodologies.
  • Produce and maintain a variety of documents and databases which relate to the strategic investments function. Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.
  • Maintain uptodate technical knowledge on financial instruments, market conditions and trends.
  • Execute and manage all elements of the transaction process.
  • Manage the advisors that have been appointed on the deals (if any).
  • Manage input and deliverables from internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, tax, legal etc).
