    Description
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Matric.
    • Beneficial: Relevant tertiary qualification.
    • +1-year experience as a Retail Consultant in a hardware company.
    • Demonstrated sales experience, particularly in the paint and hardware industry.
    • Comfortable to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
    • Has a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companies paint and hardware inventory.
    • Provide customers with specialised advice and recommendations to aid them in selecting and using products.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and best practices.
    • Engage with customers in an active manner to discern their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions across multiple channels: in-store, phone, and email.
