    Description

    Job Title: Expeditor

    Location: Germiston, JHB

    Salary: R Nightshift Allowance

    Job Summary

    To liaise with all production managers/supervisors to ensure that the products get packed, cleaned, and dispatched.

    Duties:

    • Work closely with factory staff and management.
    • Contribute to team effort.
    • Ensure that the product is packed, cleaned, accounted for, and wrapped before it's dispatched to clients.
    • Conduct Quality inspections on the product.
    • Perform additional related duties as requested or required.
    • Perform per work instruction.
    • Work accurately under pressure.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years' experience.
    • Must have Steel Service Centre knowledge.
    • Able to read assembly drawings.
    • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required. Must be able to attend meetings when required.
    • Must be able to conduct Quality Inspections.
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
    • High attention to detail and results.
    • Teamwork skills.
