    Description

    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    Promoting and improving communication between role players.
    Handling verbal and non-verbal communications including minute taking.
    Planning and organising meetings and corporate events.
    General Office Management and project management.
    Suggesting and implementing strategies to satisfy administrative needs of the mill.
    Managing time and schedule of General Manager.
    To do any other related and non-related tasks as instructed by General Manager
    To have the same goals and objectives as the rest of the Company

    Minimum requirements:
    Grade 12
    Diploma or similar qualification will be preferred.

    Must have at least 5 years' experience in administration and/or office management with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a personal assistant.

    Must have a financial background.
    Must be willing to relocate within 50km from Pride Milling Company – Nigel site.
    Own transport is a necessity.
    The successful candidate will report to the General Manager of Nigel Mill. Remuneration will be determined accordingly. The company offers the normal benefits of a large company.
