Ingrain is Africa's largest producer of unmodified and modified strach, glucose and related products.

Ingrain produces a wide range of high quality products for customers across Africa and around the world using maize raw material.

Ingrain has four Mills, three in Gauteng and one in the Western Cape.


Core purpose of the role


Performing a full Sales & Marketing administrative function and supporting key and resolving internal and external queries to meet departmental objectives and targets.


Key deliverables and outputs:


  • Provide Sales administrative support to the department and coordinate department related processes and systems.
  • Consolidate Sales and Marketing departmentspecific reports and statistics, update and maintain electronic and physical records, perform Statistical data analysis.
  • Maintain and track departmentrelated databases and matrices, process Client and customer requests and resolve customer queries and provide feedback.
  • Ensures professional activities meet company standards.
  • Drives out own work in alignment with team objectives.
  • Follows company policies and procedures efficiently and effectively.
  • Leverages internal and external networks to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Achieves results in a way that builds and maintains constructive working relationships with managers, peers, clients and other service providers.
  • Ensure all administrative functions are accomplished in adherence to Ingrain Policies, Acts and Statues.
  • Demonstrates understanding of internal and external customer needs, expectations and delivers accordingly.
  • Understands and manage customer relationships and expectations.
  • Manage internal and external Service Providers.
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with others
  • Proactively builds professional relationships within and across teams

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
  • Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Post Degree Qualification advantageous

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year experience will be advantageous

From R120,000.00 per year
