    Company in PRETORIA EAST is looking for a well organized ADMINISTRATOR with Financial Background ( Debits/Credits)

    Daily Duties:
    Attending to Member queries – telephonically and via correspondence

    Attending to Member levy account queries

    Attending to collection of levies

    Distribution of monthly levy statements as well as upon a Member's request

    Attending to Rental and Space Banking requests

    Update and maintain member information on the System

    Compiling of Journals and Internal Transfers

    Attending to weekly arrival reports for the resorts

    Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting

    Internal and External communication


    Computer Literacy and Skills:
    Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    Fully bilingual (speak, write, understand)

    Must show a high level of professionalism in person, in email, on telephone, in language and in dress.

    Strong administrative skills

    Accurate and neat

    Excellent people skills

    Good concept of financial principles i.e. Debits/Credits
