Requirements:

Grade 12. Degree/Diploma in Tourism advantageous. Extensive experience in a customer relations position within the travel and tourism industry. At least 5 years Account management experience Must have reporting experience. Must have experience growing accounts. Cultural awareness Understand the drivers for both key client contacts and the wider client business and target/sell solutions accordingly. Fluent in Business English Ability to present a convincing case.

Computer literate - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internal systems Excellent negotiation skills Good verbal and written communication skills - externally to clients and internally to customers and stakeholders Analytical skills - ability to understand margin drivers.

Business Acumen Team Player Initiator / Self-starter

Other Requirements

Normal office / shift hours apply, with the requirement to extend in order to meet specific client demands and deadlines when the occasion demands.

Overtime may be required due to relevant client functions, meetings - occasionally outside normal working hours. Regional travel will be required.
