HR Diploma (Preferred)
Human Resources administration: 2 to 3 years solid HR Officer / Administration experience.
Human Resources officer / administrator: 3 years Preferred)
Experience in the Human Resources field – Full Function, in the mining, construction or manufacturing sector will be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Preferably a qualification in Human Resources
Recruitment full function.
Experience in the Human Resources field – Full Function, in the mining, construction or manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA and OSHA)>
IR – Informal and Formal discipline.
Understanding of SLP's.
Understand and booking of medical.
Training and EE experience.
HRIS maintenance, continuous update and administration
(HRIS capturing, confirmation of employment, etc)
Employee records and Files updated daily
HR Audits
Employee Relations Administration
Contracts / job offers administration.
Drawing up of KPI's and job descriptions
Full HR Departmental Administration
Employee Engagement Activities / events
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy a must MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
