The Revenue Operations Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team in a fast paced, owner oriented environment that is building out a dynamic scalable go-to-market function at a company dead set on owning our category.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GTM growth by providing effective reporting and analysis of revenue-generating activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to gather, clean, analyze and interpret data related to sales, marketing, and customer success to help identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately contribute towards our revenue goals.

You will also grow into supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of efficient sales processes and sales tools on a global level.

This role reports to the Revenue Operations Manager.


What You'll Do:


  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and other relevant platforms
  • Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, and provide clear and actionable insights to the Revenue Operations team and our key stakeholders
  • Perform regular reporting and analysis on areas including sales performance versus quota, sales pipeline and forecasts, sales funnel metrics, and sales productivity
  • Assist in developing and maintaining sales support systems and processes (including workflows and documentation)
  • Work with global sales, operations, and finance teams to support global and regional salesrelated initiatives, which could include assisting with: data accuracy and data hygiene; automating processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency; and more
  • Identify opportunities through data to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase upsell and crosssell opportunities

What You Have:


  • Ideally 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field
  • Highly analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, an owner mentality, comfort with ambiguity and confidence with numbers/large data sets
  • A self starter who is a team player, collaborative, adaptable, solutionsoriented, accountable and persistent in following through
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented and organized in nature: Able to structure, monitor, and validate data to ensure data integrity
  • Have a working grasp of sales operational processes and tooling
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets for analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools a plus (Tableau / Domo)
  • Experience with sales automation tools, Confluence/JIRA a
