Sales & Customer Care Representative

We are currently hiring for an exciting position in the West Rand area. This role involves working within the Sales/Customer Care department and reporting to the Consultant Manager and GM of Sales and Customer Care.

• Problem-solving abilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales presentations following the company's methodologies
• Provide installation and training on all products and services
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Increase client transactions by promoting system benefits
• Ensure all tasks are carried out according to departmental procedures

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans (knowledge of other South African languages is a plus)
• Proficiency in Internet Browsers, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• 3-4 years of experience in Customer Care
• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• Valid Driver's License
