In my present self-employed role as a Beauty Specialist at Tamara’s BeautyBox, I source new clients, market and create presentations and promotions, promote Health and safety within the salon, organize and schedule appointments and maintain contact lists. I also carry out administrative duties, Receptionis dutie, product courier, maintain computer and manual filing systems and manage sensitive information in a confidential manner whilst ensuring a polite and professional experience.
Prior to this role I was a Part Time Administrator, Receptionis and Personal Assistant at DebtXposer, where I provided general support to clients, carried out general administrative duties, coordinated office events, ensured that all preparations were made and that there were no conflicting schedule. I also managed office activities and administrative functions, scheduled appointments, maintained contact lists and drew up Court documents.
I have completed my First Aid and Fire Fighting Certifications and I am proficient in multiple computer and software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Excel, Nedbank Banking Systems, NedExchange, Coral Draw, Canva, PowerPoint and Social Media Platforms.
