- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of Sales Secretarial experience.
- 2 years Personal Assistant experience to a Director.
- FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) Cold-Chain depot / industry experience (essential).
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Including advanced Excel skills; Tables, Formulas, Pivots etc).
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service .
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Drivers licence with own / reliable transport.
- Available to work extended hours, alternative Saturdays (6-day work week) (from time to time as required).
