The purpose of this role is to engage and uncover struggles with current clients and potential prospects related to the products and services of the Business Unit and the broader value proposition

_Job Specification_
Work with (and expand where possible) the current prospect database to generate effective leads and exceed sales
Must have a customer-centric mindset ensuring consistent quality engagements and trust building
Must be effective in team collaboration across BU teams and with individuals.
Must have a solid knowledge of our Clients Value Propositions and their Value creation model across Business Units
Must be able to package solutions and leverage assets swiftly to meet customer demand and timelines
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a high sense of self-efficacy and be able to manage high levels of anxiety and physical reaction and a highly pressurized environment
Must be able to work within our Clients structured sales process

_Minimum Requirements _
EE
The incumbent can be based in CT /Johannesburg as the role caters for hybrid work
Diploma/ Degree in Business or HR discipline
> 10 years of sales experience in account management and/or sales role within an e-learning or similar context
Must demonstrate Confidence and self-belief in abilities
Must demonstrate excellent presentation skills
Must demonstrate knowledge of and competence in building relationships and trust density
Must be resilient, open to, and embrace feedback constructively
Must be an Effective coach and be Coachable"
Must demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
Must demonstrate Empathy and a Solution orientation to identified struggles
