    RPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction company in the search for a Senior Civil/Bulk Earthworks Site Agent. As a Senior Civil/Bulk Earthworks Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale civil and bulk earthworks projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the construction industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead civil and bulk earthworks projects from start to finish
    • Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
    • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
    • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
    • Manage project budgets and resources effectively
    • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and bulk earthworks projects
    • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
    • Strong leadership and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Professional registration and certifications are advantageous
