    beBee Professionals is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team in Tembisa.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business on a wide range of commercial matters.


    The ideal candidate should have a law degree from a recognized university, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and a strong understanding of commercial law.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    The Commercial Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing legal advice on regulatory compliance and risk management.
